Baker Donelson Names Three Shareholders to Firm Leadership Roles

The national law firm of Baker Donelson has announced new leadership roles for three attorneys.

Kent Lambert, a shareholder in the Firm's New Orleans office, has been named chair of the Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group; Kimberly A. Chojnacki, a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Houston office, has been named vice chair of the Firm's Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group; and Noah Kressler, also of New Orleans, has been named managing shareholder for Baker Donelson's New Orleans office. While serving in these roles, Mr. Lambert, Ms. Chojnacki, and Mr. Kressler will all maintain their legal practices.

Mr. Lambert and Ms. Chojnacki are assuming leadership of the Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group from Bradley E. Chambers, who was recently named by Lonestar Electric Supply to serve as its general counsel and chief administrative officer.

Mr. Lambert previously served as managing shareholder for the Firm's New Orleans office and leader of the Business Litigation Group. His trial and appellate practice spans more than 30 years and includes complex litigation and commercial, corporate, industrial, and financial matters involving fraud, business torts, unfair trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property, franchise disputes, and civil RICO claims. His work has earned him recognition in Chambers USA as a leading Commercial Litigation lawyer in Louisiana and in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation and Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and member of the American Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association, where he serves as co-chair of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee.

Ms. Chojnacki represents clients in high-stakes litigation, including catastrophic and mass tort claims, complex commercial disputes, and eminent domain and condemnation proceedings. She regularly advises motor carriers and corporate clients on matters involving high-profile fatalities, intentional tort claims, and other significant loss events. Ms. Chojnacki has been selected to Rising Stars by Texas Super Lawyers and listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, and Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law. She is a member of the American Trucking Association (ATA) and the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA), and she previously served as vice chair of the American Bar Association Commercial Transportation and Litigation General Committee.

Mr. Kressler has a national practice advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securities matters, and corporate governance. He regularly represents middle-market and family-owned businesses, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and high-growth startups, among others. Mr. Kressler previously served as chair of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section's Business Financing Committee. Mr. Kressler is recognized in Chambers USA as a leading Corporate/M&A lawyer in Louisiana and was named a 2025 Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, he practiced in New York and London at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP for nearly a decade.
