Knowledgeable Leadership

Baker Donelson's Louisiana Life Sciences and Technology Team is co-chaired by Noah Kressler and Dr. Paula Estrada de Martin, who together have nearly 25 years of experience advising companies on intellectual property, business transactions and corporate finance.

Before joining Baker Donelson, Noah and Paula each spent more than ten years at leading Wall Street law firms counseling some of the country's largest companies, research institutions and investors. They work together to bring to bear their national experience to develop and support Louisiana's emerging and established life sciences and technology companies.
