Located in northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., our Falls Church office provides estate planning and administration services to families and individuals, as well as representation of tax-exempt organizations in a broad range of legal services. John Rodock, the office's principal resident, serves as general counsel to several large and small non-profit organizations and collaborates with his colleagues at Baker Donelson to represent tax-exempt groups in matters involving corporate law, employment law, government and other contracts, dispute resolutions, joint ventures, risk management, real estate and leases, employee benefits, intellectual property and tax law.
