Katherine Denney is a health law attorney.

Professional Biography

Ms. Denney is an associate in Baker Donelson's Nashville office and a member of the Health Law Group.

While attending law school, Ms. Denney clerked at a Nashville law firm where she researched and drafted memoranda on legal issues arising out of tort, contract, real estate, and privacy law. She wrote her Capstone Thesis, "Why Do Hospitals Go Green? An Analysis of the Impact of Hospital Type on the Motivations Behind Green Initiatives," while enrolled as an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt University.
