Anna Grace represents clients across the health care industry in transactional and regulatory matters. Her clients include hospitals, health systems, behavioral health facilities, physician-owned practices, clinical laboratories, and long term care providers.

Anna Grace assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, and other strategic transactions. She also counsels clients on regulatory compliance, including federal health care program requirements, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and privacy compliance, fraud and abuse laws, and state-specific laws and regulations. In addition, Anna Grace assists with Certificate of Need (CON) litigation matters.

During law school, Anna Grace worked as a summer associate for Baker Donelson. Prior to law school, she was a four-year Division I athlete on Fordham University's women's rowing team.
