Professional Biography

Sean represents and advises clients in various industries with restructuring, bankruptcy, workouts, and other insolvency proceedings.

At a previous law firm, Sean gained experience representing special servicers with CMBS loans and other loans secured by commercial real estate. Additionally, he has experience guiding financial services clients in connection with asset-based loans.

Before attending law school, Sean was a 2015 Teach For America corps member and an eighth grade science teacher in Metro Atlanta.
