Jennifer Decker represents clients in real estate, leasing and commercial lending transactions.

Professional Biography


Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial leasing, commercial real estate, and secured lending. She counsels a variety of clients including landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and financial institutions, both large and small. Jennifer is skilled in guiding clients through the due diligence and contract negotiation process to ensure a smooth and successful close to each transaction.

Jennifer advises and assists clients in all aspects of lease negotiation and in the acquisition, financing and selling of real estate. Lenders and borrowers turn to Jennifer for secured lending transactions, including real property acquisition and construction financing, asset-based and floor plan lines of credit, as well as equipment, vessel and aircraft financings. She also represents senior and subordinate lenders in the negotiation of subordination agreements, intercreditor agreements, loan participation agreements and other intercreditor matters.

  • Served as counsel to global vehicle inspection company in its review and abstraction of existing leases across its U.S. footprint and in its preparation of a form lease agreement.

  • Represented a commercial lender in a $23.5 million loan refinance secured by four retail shopping centers in Georgia.

  • Represented commercial lenders in hundreds of single loan sales and multiple portfolio sales totaling more than $2 billion in outstanding principal balances.
