Professional Biography


As a native German, Mr. Faerber has extensive experience counseling German clients expanding into the U.S. He assists U.S. and foreign clients in connection with the acquisition or disposition of assets, as well as the negotiation and drafting of distribution, manufacturing, employment and agency agreements. He also works with a variety of European-based companies in connection with their initial strategy of expanding into the U.S. market, as well as ongoing guidance for existing U.S. operations.

Mr. Faerber also counsels European-based companies in connection with the expansion or reduction of their U.S. workforce, and has also worked with companies concerning intellectual property issues such ensuring cross-border protection for trademark rights.
