Professional Biography

Overview

Ms. Strack regularly represents clients in merger and acquisition transactions on both the buy-side and the sell-side. In addition, she has an active practice serving as corporate counsel to emerging companies and more established businesses, advising on various issues related to entity formation, corporate governance, general business contracts, and equity fundraising. Ms. Strack also regularly assists venture capital and angel funds with their fund formation and investment needs. She prides herself on providing practical advice and offering a solutions-oriented approach to clients.

Ms. Strack represents numerous clients in the life science and health care industries, including medical device companies, long-term care and seniors housing providers, retail and specialty pharmacies, physician practices, and hospitals.

She is a Memphis native and enjoys being actively involved in her community. Ms. Strack is particularly passionate about the arts, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Opera Memphis and formerly chaired the Dixon Gallery & Gardens Young at Art program. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Innovate Memphis and as a Board Observer of Start Co.
