Professional Biography


Mr. Grant assists with matters involving local, regional and nationally-known employers against workers' compensation retaliation claims, as well as against allegations of age, race, sex, national origin and disability discrimination. He has had experience with real estate financings, single-asset and portfolio sales, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Denmark clerked at the Real Property Division of the Tennessee Attorney General's office.
