Ms. Neifert focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters. She represents a range of clients, including developers, owners, builders, investors, contractors, landlords, and tenants, in all phases of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and construction involving improved and unimproved real estate.
She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants in office, warehouse, retail, and ground leases. She also advises clients on acquisition, development, construction, and permanent financing matters, as well as land development issues, covenants, easements, and restrictive agreements. Ms. Neifert's practice includes drafting transaction documents and conducting comprehensive reviews of due diligence matters, including advising clients on complex title and survey matters. Her representations include portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, single- and multi-property secured financing transactions, as well as land acquisition and related financing for data centers.
In addition, Ms. Neifert counsels clients on a variety of real estate-related disputes and litigation matters. Her experience includes landlord-tenant disputes, lease enforcement actions, quiet title claims, and boundary disputes, allowing her to offer practical, business-focused guidance throughout the lifecycle of real estate ownership, development, and operation.
