Professional Biography


Alanna represents financial services companies and lenders on creditors' rights issues, including the recovery of defaulted real estate loans through foreclosure and receivership. She has experience in numerous aspects of real estate transaction law, including commercial real estate leases, wireless telecommunications agreements, and commercial real estate closings.

Ms. Herman has also developed a niche specialty in procuring alcohol and business licenses for clients throughout the state of South Carolina. In these efforts, she regularly works with the alcohol beverage licensing division of the South Carolina Department of Revenue and the applicable local jurisdictions.
