Tim Maffett is an associate in Baker Donelson's Baltimore office and a member of the Advocacy Department. He assists clients with matters in all stages of the construction process, including contract drafting and review, dispute resolution, project delays and disruption, and litigation.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Maffett served as a law clerk and judicial assistant for Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.
While in law school, Mr. Maffett served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Before transitioning to law, Mr. Maffett was a senior project engineer for a large construction company and built projects throughout the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. In that role, Mr. Maffett helped with all phases of construction on large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
