Professional Biography


Mr. Huddle is a shareholder in the Baltimore office and a member of the Firm's Business Department.

His practice focuses on representing international and middle market companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a concentration on representing companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and strategic joint ventures. He has worked with entities across the corporate growth cycle from early-stage private companies to established publicly traded entities.

Mr. Huddle has a wide breadth of industry experience with a particular emphasis on representing private, public, foreign, and domestic clients in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, investment management, and chemical and products manufacturing from both the company/seller and investor/buyer perspectives.

  • Represented a pharmaceutical company in its $450 million equity acquisition of an industry competitor.

  • Represented a pharmaceutical company in its $110 million equity acquisition of the U.S.-based subsidiary operations of an international industry competitor.

  • Represented a cardiology practice in its $25 million equity sale to a private equity fund.

  • Represented a private equity fund in its $15 million equity acquisition of a commercial sign manufacturing and installation company.

  • Represented a private equity fund in its $250 million equity acquisition of an international clinical research organization.

  • Represented a physical security company in its $550 million equity sale to an industry competitor.

  • Represented a government contractor in its $255 million equity acquisition of an IT consulting and government contracting business.

  • Represented a private equity fund in its $148 million equity acquisition of a national government contractor.

  • Represented an international food and beverage packaging company in its $60 million equity acquisition of a South and Central American packaging business.

  • Represented an Italian-based HVAC manufacturer in its $40 million majority share acquisition of a U.S. manufacturing business.

  • Represented a national government defense contractor in its $37 million sale of assets to a dry dock shipping operator.

  • Represented a global technology firm in the $64 million equity acquisition of an Israeli software services provider.

  • Represented a global communications firm in the $26.2 million acquisition of troubled assets.
