Professional Biography


Ms. Randolph is highly experienced in advising clients on Certificate of Need (CON), Medicaid enrollment and contract matters, hospital, health service and behavioral health licensure, regulation and compliance issues, and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Randolph served as assistant general counsel for the Department of Health and Human Services focusing on CON and Medicaid contracting. She also previously served as assistant attorney general at the Department of Justice representing the Division of Health Service Regulation. Ms. Randolph's wealth of industry knowledge and experience bolster her ability to serve as a true, trusted advisor to clients of all sizes.
