Professional Biography


Ms. Wunderlich represents corporate and individual employers in various industries against claims of race, age, gender, national origin, religious, and disability discrimination in addition to sexual harassment and retaliation arising under Title VII and other federal and state statutes.

She previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Constitutional Defense Division at the Office of the Attorney General of Alabama. During law school, Ms. Wunderlich served as a judicial extern for the Hon. R. David Proctor with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
