With extensive experience in complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and project development, Jean-Luc regularly represents clients in the power, energy, civil infrastructure, electric vehicle (EV), and airport concession industries. Prior to Baker Donelson, he spent nearly eight years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 global power and utility company, where he offered legal advice and supported project development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
Jean-Luc also handles commercial legal matters, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, letters of intent, master service agreements, and other contracts.
