As a dedicated advocate in commercial litigation, Jasmine Pitt guides clients through the most challenging business disputes in both state and federal courts. Known for her strategic approach and meticulous preparation, Jasmine excels at untangling complex legal issues, from general liability and insurance defense to high-stakes contract disputes. She is a hands-on litigator, managing every stage of the process: drafting pleadings, leading discovery, orchestrating document production, conducting depositions, and representing clients in mediations, motion practice, and courtroom hearings.

Jasmine has extensive experience representing insurers and insureds in complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including matters arising from commercial general liability, errors and omissions, and automobile policies.

Business owners rely on Jasmine for guidance in all types of employment disputes, including discrimination claims, retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, protection of trade secrets and confidential information, and navigating employment non-competition agreements. Her practice also includes trust and estate litigation.

Jasmine also brings valuable appellate experience, ensuring her clients' interests are protected at every phase of litigation.
