Professional Biography


Mr. Adams has represented clients on claims including negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty, wrongful foreclosure, wrongful repossession, unfair debt collection, unfair credit reporting, tortious interference, negligence, bad faith, malicious prosecution, false arrest, defamation, unjust enrichment, quantum meruit, conversion, and numerous other state and federal statutory claims.

This experience enables Mr. Adams to approach each case with the goal of helping his clients reach the most cost-effective solutions to their litigation matters while also protecting his client from unjust claims. In order to resolve cases efficiently and favorably, Mr. Adams utilizes an approach that emphasizes ending cases with dispositive motions and negotiating cost-efficient settlements that are in his client's best financial interests. 

Mr. Adams also has extensive experience with various forms of child custody litigation, including divorce, dependency and neglect, adoption and termination of parental rights. He has been certified as a guardian ad litem and served in that capacity in Mississippi and Tennessee. Mr. Adams is in the Firm's Nashville office.
