Professional Biography


Ms. Sipes helps defend banks and other lenders, servicers and title insurers against charges of liability and fraud, wrongful foreclosure claims and other matters.

She regularly helps defends clients against charges of wrongdoing related to TILA, RESPA, TCPA, FDCPA and FACTA. Before joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Sipes clerked with the Honorable Emmett Ripley Cox, Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
