As a member of the Financial Transactions Group, Henry advises clients on all aspects of commercial lending transactions, with a particular focus on long term care and seniors housing financings.
Henry has significant experience overseeing all phases of commercial loan closings, including coordinating due diligence, preparing and negotiating loan documentation, addressing title and collateral matters, and resolving complex transaction issues to ensure successful and timely funding.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Henry served as a Designated Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loan program in Alabama, providing closing services and specialized counsel on program compliance.
