Brittany Puckett advises clients on securities, compliance, and related business matters. Her practice includes providing investment management clients with guidance on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues; assisting with private fund formation, including, but not limited to, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, and special purpose vehicles; and counseling business clients on a variety of corporate law matters. Brittany is recognized for her analytical skills and her ability to guide clients through regulatory and transactional challenges in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.
