Professional Biography


Blake Harper represents employers in all aspects of executive compensation and employee plan matters, including the design and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and non-qualified executive compensation and equity plans. Blake also focuses his practice in the areas of federal, state, and local taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, general business and corporate matters, estate planning and probate.

Blake is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, he worked as an external auditor for a large regional accounting firm, managing engagements across a variety of industries including financial services, private equity, health care, manufacturing and distribution, and technology and life sciences, among others.
