Mr. Harper's practice focuses on a broad range of transactional matters, including leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, private equity-style mergers, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, and capital markets investments. He regularly represents clients in complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, as well as in corporate reorganizations and governance matters. Mr. Harper counsels clients through every stage of a transaction – from initial structuring and diligence through negotiation, documentation, closing, and post-closing integration – providing practical, business-oriented advice grounded in a deep understanding of financial and operational considerations.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Harper worked as a certified public accountant (CPA) at a large regional accounting firm, where his experiences as an external auditor helped him develop a strong foundation in financial analysis, internal controls, and risk management that continues to inform his legal work.
