Daniel Rodgers, shareholder in the New Orleans office of the national law firm Baker Donelson, has been named to the 2026 edition of Chambers Global.

Mr. Rodgers has more than 25 years of experience advising clients in the shipping and offshore industries on a wide variety of transactions. He has extensive experience financing domestic- and foreign-flagged vessels, deepwater drilling rigs, and support vessels, as well as advising lenders and operators on coastwise trade laws (Jones Act), maritime regulations, and corporate law in the Republic of Liberia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Vanuatu.
Mr. Rodgers has also been listed in Chambers USA as a leading Transportation: Shipping/Maritime: Finance lawyer since 2007 and has been consistently recognized in other prominent national legal rankings and directories. Before joining Baker Donelson, he served as managing partner of the New York office of a major international law firm based in London.
