Ms. Durham concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial real estate acquisitions and financing.
Previously, Ms. Durham assisted clients in various land use and commercial real estate matters throughout the life cycle of a development project, from the planning and zoning stage to property acquisition and disposition. She helped clients to secure rezonings, variances, and special use permits, drafted purchase and sale agreements, and handled title issues. Ms. Durham's training as an urban planner allowed her to take a comprehensive look at clients' projects, helping to spot and prevent potential issues early on.
While in law school, Audra clerked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She also gained experience as a legal extern at the City of Atlanta and as a judicial extern for the Hon. Alford Dempsey with the Superior Court of Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia.
She speaks Lithuanian and Russian.
