A longtime resident of the New Orleans region, Mr. Frilot is a construction lawyer in the Firm's New Orleans office. He represents all participants on construction projects, including contractors, owners, developers, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers, in complex matters arising in all phases of a construction project.

He provides practical, pre-dispute guidance to proactively prevent problems, limit surprises, and preserve project schedules and budgets so his clients can keep building. When disputes do arise, he combines his experience with technology and matter-management tools to streamline discovery, improve case strategy, and deliver timely, cost-effective results for his clients.

Mr. Frilot has litigated high-stakes disputes concerning defective work, design-professional liability, delay and inefficiency claims, public and private works claims, and bidding challenges in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He also regularly presents and defends claims in arbitration and appears before regulatory and licensing bodies. In his practice, Mr. Frilot aims to establish and maintain trusted relationships with those he serves.
