Overview

Mr. Clark assists hospitals, health systems and health care investors in the purchase and sale of, and commercial leasing transactions relating to, health care facilities and medical office buildings located throughout the United States. Mr. Clark has significant experience handling high-volume transactions and identifying and resolving regulatory issues, including Stark and Anti-Kickback Law considerations. Mr. Clark also works with Baker Donelson's real estate and finance team on a wide variety of real estate matters in the industrial and office sectors.

Before joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Clark was an attorney at Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis, LLP. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Clark served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers, Sixth Circuit Court, Twentieth Judicial District of Tennessee.
