Expert Reporter 

Searchable databases of experts are created to house key information about experts who are retained on behalf of the client as well as those who testify against the client. Information includes field of expertise, geographic location, attorneys who have worked with the expert, deposition transcripts, CV and rate sheet, and notes. 

Unify

eDiscovery DataMapping

Baker Donelson will work with your company's litigation and IT teams to identify and understand certain litigation-critical sources of electronically stored information (ESI). The team then creates a data map that can be used to view current and detailed information about each identified ESI data source.

eDiscovery Legal Hold Tracking 

Baker Donelson's legal hold tracking system provides clients with an interface to issue and track legal holds across a variety of matters, so that a matter's legal hold status is accessible at a glance. This system supports compliance efforts to meet this critical obligation.

Educational flowcharts are available to assist clients in a variety of e-Discovery related issues and situations. Examples include flow-charts outlining Federal Rule of Evidence 502, legal hold responsibilities, e-mail retention and spoliation under the Pension Committee decision.

Baker Donelson works with clients to proactively determine the risk profile of a potential or actual dispute. Tracking databases for e-Discovery vendor usage, experience and capabilities are available, ensuring that the right vendors are selected for the right projects. By using third-party "state-of-the-art" e-discovery technology, we can perform smart searching, predictive coding and concept clustering, helping our clients determine strategy earlier and more cost effectively.

DocBuilder

DocBuilder is a software tool that can be applied to common litigation documents, with all the advantages of maintaining consistency and workflow. Examples include repetitive discovery and subpoenas.
