Simplify

NDA Builder

Clients can develop standard NDAs to generate standard form NDAs. A workflow approval piece incorporates automatic notification for review by the client or Baker Donelson’s legal team after creation of the NDA if requested.

Organize

DocMinder

This software tool tracks contract dates and deadlines and sends email notifications, and offers a master calendar for important timeframes like termination or renewal provisions. Non-standard contracts can also include an approval workflow to allow for additional monitoring.

Automate

DocBuilder

This web-based, workflow software automates model or form documents by leveraging responses to questions and modifying multiple documents simultaneously. Any non-standard document is then routed for approval. Examples include supplier agreements, lease agreements and incorporation documents.

Collaborate

DealRooms

DealRooms provides a collaboration platform for parties to a transaction and allows for communication and data sharing, including document uploading and viewing capabilities. Parties can also track deadlines and information flow to increase efficiency and consistency.

Protect

IP Tracking

Clients are provided with a database platform with important dates calendared to track IP assignments and applications. Editing access is usually provided to the client as well as Baker Donelson team members, and alerts for certain changes and additions are available.

Educate & Manage

ToolKits

ToolKits provide clients with a platform to organize, track and monitor their internal materials and information, as well as relevant industry and market facts and statistics. The ToolKits also allow for an education or training platform as Baker Donelson team members add data to the ToolKit.
