Zachary J. Bancroft Named Managing Shareholder of Baker Donelson's Orlando Office

Zachary J. Bancroft has been named managing shareholder for the Orlando office of Baker Donelson.

While serving as office managing shareholder, Mr. Bancroft will maintain his legal practice, which focuses on commercial foreclosures, commercial loan workouts and bankruptcy litigation, with an emphasis on CMBS loans.

We are focused on further developing the capabilities of our Orlando office through the addition of leading professionals and growing our representation of Florida, national and international businesses," said Mr. Bancroft.

A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, Mr. Bancroft has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© in the area of Mortgage Banking Foreclosure Law since 2014. He has earned numerous other recognitions, including being named to Florida Trend magazine's "Legal Elite" in the area of Bankruptcy & Workout (2015), and being recognized by Florida Super Lawyers in the area of Creditor/Debtor Rights (2014 – 2019).  

Mr. Bancroft assumes the role from the previous office managing shareholder, James M. Talley. Mr. Talley will return to the full-time practice of law and will continue his focus on assisting businesses and individuals in the resolution of a wide range of civil disputes through jury trials, non-jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, negotiations, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
