Will Curtis advises clients on complex insolvency and workout matters.
He represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities across the United States in insolvency matters and loan workouts and regularly appears in bankruptcy court on behalf of creditors. Will also guides banks and other nonbank financial institutions in a wide range of commercial finance transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, private equity acquisition financings, mezzanine and second‑lien lending arrangements, and other complex financial transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Will practiced in the bankruptcy and restructuring groups of national and international firms, where he gained valuable experience representing clients in complex restructuring matters and workouts.
