Looking Back at 2022 Developments and Forward into 2023

During the first Coffee Chat of 2023, we will take a look back at 2022 developments and look forward at some of the challenges facing employers in the new year, such as the status of the federal contractor vaccine mandate. We'll also look at the focus states are placing on enhanced employment protections, including expanded benefits and obligations under the DC Universal Paid Leave Act and the Maryland Time to Care Act, and more.
