Conducting Workplace Investigations – Part II

In Part I of this two-part Coffee Chat series, we discussed the importance of conducting prompt and thorough workplace investigations and studied cases in which poorly conducted investigations damaged employers' credibility and failed as a defensive measure in litigation. In Part II, Ty Kelly and Alison Schurick of our Government Enforcement and Investigations team will help us understand the nature of investigations initiated by government agencies, such as the Department of Justice.

We also will continue our discussion about conducting internal investigations, including conducting interviews, evaluating evidence, and documenting investigations and outcomes.
