As Legal Project Manager, Megan McGrew is responsible for internal development, implementation and support efforts for the Firm's legal project management initiative, BakerManage.

Professional Biography

Overview

Megan develops, monitors and controls tasks, schedules and budgets for client matters as well as practice areas, and helps develop and implement change control processes for legal matters. She also evaluates historical project data and integrates this information to track future performance levels and reporting capabilities, and ensure quality client service.

Megan works both with the legal team as well as the clients to determine the overall needs of the engagement as well as the client are clearly identified and met. She also supports attorneys, paralegals and other Firm employees when they use Firm project management software.

Megan has more than 10 years of project management experience stemming from her work in political and disaster recovery arenas. In the political arena, she served in administrative management and campaign management positions in local, regional and statewide campaigns across Mississippi. During her time in the disaster recovery field, Megan worked in both legal as well as project management capacities, providing legal counsel in the administration of grant monies, as well as overseeing paralegals and analysts in tracking, reporting and document review projects.
