As Director of Legal Process Engineering, Megan McGrew serves as the point person for innovative solutions for attorneys and clients.

Professional Biography


Megan serves as Director of Legal Process Engineering where her focus is on the concierge approach to the application of legal innovation tools and technologies into the working lives of attorneys and their clients. She uses her experience in legal project management, legal process improvement, knowledge management, pricing, data analytics, and implementation of legal innovation tools to develop bespoke offerings that truly fit the need of the attorneys, their practice, the clients, and their engagements.

Megan has more than 15 years of project management experience stemming from her work in political and disaster recovery arenas. In the political arena, she served in administrative management and campaign management positions in local, regional, and statewide campaigns across Mississippi. During her time in the disaster recovery field, Megan worked in both legal as well as project management capacities, providing legal counsel in the administration of grant monies, as well as overseeing paralegals and analysts in tracking, reporting and document review projects.
