Robin Mulack, paralegal in the Firm's Orlando office, provides legal and administrative support to Baker Donelson's immigration practice. She has extensive experience in fiduciary duties for the benefit of foreign national investors who meet specific capital investment criteria to file immigrant petitions with USCIS. In this role, Robin has served as the team leader and collaborated with immigration, corporate and securities lawyers, business plan writers, accountants, bankers, broker-dealers, and company executives or directors as necessary for the lawful obtainment and transfer of investment funds. She has experience with all immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications.
