Additionally, he regularly assists clients across an array of sectors, including manufacturing, mining, aggregates, and transportation, in every aspect of contractual matters ranging from the negotiation and drafting to compliance and enforcement.
Robert assists publicly traded and privately held buyers and sellers on all types of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, real estate purchases and sales, and commercial and office lease negotiations.
