Paul Osowski is a litigator with a practice spanning product liability, business litigation, premises liability, and insurance defense.

Professional Biography


Paul Osowski represents clients in a multitude of complex product liability, business litigation, premises liability, and insurance defense matters. He has more than two decades of experience assisting clients in product liability and mass tort matters involving heavy equipment, motor vehicles, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Mr. Osowski has conducted more than 100 investigations involving heavy equipment, automobile, trucking, and workplace accidents and has provided counsel for matters related to catastrophic personal injuries and fatalities. He has assisted clients with numerous OSHA investigations arising out of workplace accidents, served as North Carolina counsel for a national heavy equipment rental company for matters related to catastrophic personal injuries and fatalities, and served as regional counsel for a large pharmaceutical company in mass tort litigation.

In addition to product liability and mass tort matters, Mr. Osowski has also provided transition advice to financial advisors and defended broker-dealers and financial advisors in securities litigation matters in state courts and FINRA arbitrations.

  • Served as trial counsel for a multinational home appliance manufacturer in a trademark infringement and unfair competition case resulting in a jury verdict of $5.8 million in favor of the client.
