Ms. Imhof concentrates her practice on intellectual property. She has experience filing trademarks and responding to USPTO office actions. Ms. Imhof has also conducted research on copyright and patent litigation cases and drafted dispositive motions.
During law school, Ms. Imhof served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sarah K. Campbell of the Tennessee Supreme Court, where she researched legal issues and drafted memoranda on pending cases. She also participated in the Vanderbilt Law School Intellectual Property and the Arts Clinic, where she assisted clients with various trademark and copyright concerns.
