Nicholas Fowler, an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice, represents individuals and businesses in sophisticated litigation and regulatory matters in South Carolina and across the country. Drawing on his background as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, Nicholas brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to his practice. He concentrates on complex, high-stakes litigation, with specific experience in energy, admiralty, employment, and corporate governance. He also regularly handles state and federal-level litigation involving a wide range of commercial and business disputes, including contract, financial, and regulatory related matters. With an emphasis on delivering practical, results-oriented legal advice, Nicholas works closely with clients to navigate complex legal challenges while supporting their long-term business objectives.

Nicholas also has experience working on matters involving per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), including cases arising out of the In re: AFFF multidistrict litigation as well as related state class action lawsuits.
