Drawing on his background as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, Nicholas brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to his practice. He concentrates on complex, high-stakes litigation, with specific experience in energy, admiralty, employment, and corporate governance. He also regularly handles state and federal-level litigation involving a wide range of commercial and business disputes, including contract, financial, and regulatory related matters. Nicholas also has experience working on matters involving per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), including cases arising out of the In re: AFFF multidistrict litigation as well as related state class action lawsuits.
