Morgan focuses her practice on various litigation matters, with an emphasis on labor and employment matters. She guides clients who are facing challenging workforce issues. In addition, her background includes experience in complex litigation matters, including class and collective actions and business and commercial litigation, from general sessions to federal courts.

In litigation, Ms. Murphy's experience spans all phases, including drafting and responding to documents for initial pleadings, the discovery process, pretrial motions, a jury trial, and post-trial motions. Her work includes successfully securing motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and motions for a new trial. Her experience in business and commercial litigation includes shareholder derivative actions, complex partnership disputes, defamation claims, construction disputes, and restrictive covenant litigation, among others. Her employment experience includes defending against claims of discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour claims, and workers' compensation claims.
