Mr. Brown concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, including contract and business disputes. He defends claims in commercial lease and business transaction disputes in both federal and state courts. His experience also includes labor and employment law, wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and class and collective actions.
Mr. Brown advises clients through all aspects of litigation and routinely counsels clients in pre-litigation matters that result in dispute resolutions. He also has first- and second-chair experience representing clients on a wide variety of litigation matters.
