Mr. Hadley assists owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in commercial and industrial construction disputes and contract claims.
Mr. Hadley practices primarily in the area of construction law and has experience in courts and arbitration proceedings. He represents clients on contract claims, construction defect disputes, lien claims, public works claims, Miller Act claims, and licensing matters. During and prior to law school, he was a law clerk in the criminal appeals division of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and an intern with the Environmental Advocacy Center at Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law.
