Matthew "Matt" Feluren concentrates his practice in financial services, commercial, and real estate litigation.

Professional Biography


Matt Feluren is a litigation attorney in Baker Donelson's Fort Lauderdale office and a member of the Financial Services Litigation & Compliance Group.

As an experienced litigator, Matt regularly defends mortgage lending and servicing clients in a wide variety of consumer-related litigation, including, but not limited to, foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, consumer fraud, and predatory lending allegations. He also represents clients in claims of violations premised on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

Matt also has transactional experience. He represents financial institutions, companies, and individuals in the purchase and sale of real estate, loan closings, and eviction and ejectment actions.
