This report offers anecdotal data about the startup climate for entrepreneurs in the life sciences. It further identifies the challenges and opportunities faced by life sciences professionals working to commercialize scientific discoveries, secure public monies, raise capital and build a quality workforce. We gathered feedback from Louisiana’s life sciences community for this report through a written survey disseminated across the state of Louisiana.
