Katherine Morsman represents clients in state and federal courts and focuses her practice on construction litigation. She routinely advises clients on complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through resolution.
Ms. Morsman's construction-related experience includes supporting litigation for homeowners' associations and property management companies, handling contract and tort claims, and advising clients on Fair Housing Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act disputes. She regularly drafts complex pleadings and conducts discovery and assists clients in navigating regulatory and compliance-related issues affecting residential and commercial properties.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Morsman represented clients in construction, insurance coverage, and employment litigation matters across the country.
