Professional Biography


Jordan Ferrell focuses his practice in corporate and transactional matters, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, and forming new entities. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including alternative energy, technology, health care, retail, and transportation.

Before attending law school, Jordan umpired professional baseball for nine years, including Major League Baseball Spring Training. Given his firsthand experience working in the industry, professional sports' labor unions seek Jordan's counsel in drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and contracts.
