Professional Biography


Jordan Ferrell helps clients navigate a variety of general corporate and financing matters, including forming new entities and drafting purchase and sale agreements. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including alternative energy, retail and transportation.

Before attending law school, Jordan umpired professional baseball for nine years, including Major League Baseball Spring Training. Given his firsthand experience working in industry, professional sports' labor unions seek Jordan's counsel in drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and contracts.

  • Represented a retail company in connection with its entry into a $175 million credit facility.

  • Represented a transport company in connection with its entry into a $150 million credit facility.

  • Represented a client in the sale of their nationwide solar asset management company, valued at $26 million, which provided solar power system operations and maintenance services, to a private equity company.

  • Represented an engineering company in a $6 million transaction in which the company sold all of its common equity.

  • Represented a private company with its $1.5 million Seed Round Common Stock offer and sale to accredited investors.
