Mr. Reagan defends a broad range of clients at both the state and federal levels against complex litigation, municipal violations, and contractual disputes. He is based in the Firm's Atlanta office and was formerly in the Memphis office. His clients span many sectors, including steel manufacturing, renewable energy, specialty trade contractors, automotive, municipal governance, financial services, and health care and social assistance.
Mr. Reagan has experience defending high-stakes multidistrict and class action litigation, advising on federal investigations, and representing municipal clients in highly publicized § 1983 matters. He has supported a jury trial and an American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration involving complex commercial and contractual disputes, both of which resulted in favorable outcomes for the clients. He also played a pivotal role in obtaining a dismissal in a case presenting complex issues under the Tennessee Constitution and in prevailing on a motion to exclude an opposing expert in federal court, having briefed both motions.
During his time in law school, Mr. Reagan served as a University of Memphis Dean's Writing Fellow for the 2021– 2022 academic year, and he externed for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Memphis. In 2022, he was granted a limited legal license by the State of Tennessee for his work with the University of Memphis Neighborhood Preservation Clinic, where he managed a variety of cases and frequently appeared in Shelby County Environmental Court.
