Professional Biography

Overview

As an associate attorney in the Firm's Chattanooga office, Mr. Lindner also represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy courts across the country in contested matters and adversary proceedings.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Lindner served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable David S. Kennedy, the Chief Bankruptcy Judge of the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Lindner is fluent in Hungarian and studied in Budapest, Hungary, as part of a law school study abroad program.
