Emily focuses her practice on health care litigation. She represents clients in complex civil matters involving health care regulation and fraud and abuse issues, discovery disputes and dispositive motions, and other complex civil litigation matters.
Emily brings significant government and judicial experience to her practice. She served as a deputy attorney general through the New Jersey attorney general's office honors program and as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also held positions with the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Clerk's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
