A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Lean Six Sigma practitioner (IASSC – Yellow Belt), Dolapo brings more than a decade of experience in legal project management, portfolio management, and process improvement. She collaborates closely with clients to design and implement customized matter and portfolio management processes and technologies that enable seamless collaboration, strategic data capture, and actionable reporting.

Dolapo leads legal project and portfolio management for regional and national coordinating counsel engagements, ensuring matters are strategically planned, executed, and monitored to drive efficiency, maintain performance targets, and optimize resource allocation. Her work spans multiple industries, including breach of warranty, product liability, premises liability, tort litigation, medical malpractice, insurance litigation, and higher education.

Her consulting practice focuses on advising in-house legal departments and legal operations professionals on budgeting, project management best practices, legal process design, and continuous improvement techniques. She is deeply engaged in the development and adoption of legal technologies and is passionate about advancing the practice of law through innovation and operational excellence.
