Professional Biography


In her role as LPM Manager – Advocacy and Financial Services, Dolapo provides proactive matter management, facilitates the implementation of BakerManage, and promotes the delivery of innovative solutions for Advocacy and Financial Services clients.

Dolapo collaborates with the Advocacy and Financial Services attorneys to develop reliable matter budgets, and to implement Legal Project Management best practice guidelines in their matters. She provides consulting and training on how to use BakerManage processes and technology to plan, execute, monitor, and control legal projects, in order to ensure efficiency, and to maintain set profit margins and performance levels.

Ms. Olushola brings an array of experience. She is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and has a Lean Six Sigma certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC).
