Dolapo Olushola-Uwaifo is an attorney in the Nashville office of Baker Donelson who serves as Director Legal Process Engineering for Litigation attorneys and clients.

Professional Biography


In her role as Director Legal Process Engineering, Dolapo collaborates with attorneys and clients to design, develop and facilitate the adoption of innovative tools and processes that improve the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. She provides consulting on Project Management and Process Improvement methodologies and best practices.

Dolapo focuses on providing reliable matter budgets, legal project management plans, matter and budget reporting processes and tools, as well as internal and external facing matter management portals. She also facilitates the use of BakerManage® processes and technology to plan, execute, monitor, and control legal projects, in order to ensure efficiency, and to maintain set profit margins and performance levels.

She brings an array of experience. Dolapo is PMP® certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and has a Lean Six Sigma certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC).
